Our Mountain Water Decaf is decaffeinated using a natural, chemical-free process designed to preserve flavour — not strip it away.
Green coffee beans are gently soaked in pure mountain water, allowing caffeine to dissolve before being removed through activated charcoal filtration. The flavour-rich water is then reintroduced, returning the coffee’s natural character while removing 99.9% of caffeine.
