What you’ll be doing
As part of our frontline team, you’ll be delivering first-class service directly on our customers’ sites. That means:
- Installing and commissioning commercial coffee machines
- Repairing, servicing and maintaining equipment in the field
- Carrying out boiler inspections
- Spotting potential issues early to prevent breakdowns
- Ordering and fitting replacement parts, and processing warranty claims quickly
- Working alongside our Service & Technical Manager to support the department’s growth
What we’re looking for
- Field-based experience with commercial coffee or vending machines
- Comfortable working across a variety of commercial equipment
- Great communication skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for coffee and coffee machinery
- Full UK driving licence
- PSSR training is a bonus, not essential
