Why this role matters
You’ll be the face of Caffeine Limited on our customers’ premises, delivering the kind of service that keeps them coming back. Day to day, you’ll be:
- Installing and commissioning commercial coffee equipment
- Carrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance on commercial coffee machines
- Conducting boiler inspections
- Identifying faults early and preventing future breakdowns
- Sourcing and fitting replacement parts, including handling warranty claims promptly
- Supporting our Service & Technical Manager as the department continues to grow
What you’ll bring
- Hands-on experience as a field-based engineer working with commercial coffee or vending equipment
- Confidence working across a broad range of commercial machines
- Strong communication skills
- A real enthusiasm for coffee and coffee equipment
- A full UK driving licence
- PSSR training would be an advantage

This role covers North London and Hertfordshire.

Hours
This is a full-time role, including weekend cover on a rotating 1-in-4 basis.
