A huge congratulations to our Service Technician, Michaela, for reaching the semi-finals of the Victoria Arduino Technician Competition.
Not only did Michaela make it through to the semi-finals, she was also the highest placed female technician in the competition, a fantastic achievement in a field that demands exceptional technical knowledge, problem-solving skills and dedication.
The Victoria Arduino Technician Competition brings together skilled coffee machine technicians from across the industry, challenging them on their expertise, diagnostics and technical ability. Reaching the semi-finals is a real reflection of the hard work, passion and commitment Michaela brings to her role every day.
While she didn’t take home the overall title, we’re incredibly proud of what she achieved. Her success highlights the strength of our service team and the importance of investing in technical excellence, training and customer support.
