- Colombia Huila
- Honduras Copán
This blend has been shaped through direct sourcing experience, including origin trips to Brazil and Honduras, where we have worked closely with producers to better understand cultivation, processing and quality control.
We are also planning to visit Colombia, completing our connection to all origins within the blend and strengthening our ability to source coffee with intention and transparency.
This origin-led approach allows us to create a balanced espresso blend that reflects both quality and consistency, rather than relying on assumption or generic sourcing.
